Buying a home can be an intimidating experience for clients, but with this complimentary buyer package, my clients will have a complete resource toolbox that will help you stay organized and on-track with your search for a home. This buyer representation will walk you through how the buying process works and it will also provide you with the affiliates that are needed for buying a home.  The home buyer kit will include the following:

• Complimentary Preliminary Title Search- Need to find out quickly if the property has a lien, outstanding water bills or taxes? I will provide a complimentary preliminary title search that will be able to help you proactively address any problems upfront!
• FREE evaluation of the purchase and sales agreement from Residential Title
• HOME BUYER's HANDBOOK-The booklet is designed to answer any question's the buyer may have regarding title searches, outlining the advantages of using a real estate attorney, and provide them with the step-by step explanation of the closing process
• THE HOME BUYER NOTEPAD-The customized notepad is a perfect tool for clients to take with them on house visits to keep track of the many houses they will see. It contains a section for notes where they can indicate likes and dislikes of the hoome and neighborhood.
• OPEN HOUSE ESTIMATOR- Our estimator will give you an idea of what it would take financially to purchase that specific home.  We will put together HUD settlement statements outlining the down payment, loan amount, and estimated closing costs upfront.
• CLOSING CD- Once the closing has been completed I will send to you a password-protected CD which contains scanned copies of all your executed closing documents.
• PROFESSIONAL CLOSING BOOKLET AND HOUSEWARMING GIFT- At every closing our closing attorney will present the buyer with a professionally bound booklet containing executed documents from their closing. At every purchase closing, I will present the buyer with a house warming gift basket or gift certificate.
